Cancellation Policy
There will be a non-refundable $20 booking fee for only NEW CLIENTS. Deposits will be applied to your lash service. If you happen to cancel/re-schedule your appointment you will lose your deposit & be charged another deposit fee at rebooking. For no-shows & cancellations at any point before your scheduled appointment; you will be charged a 30% fee of the service balance. For returning clients after 3 cancellations you will start to require a deposit again. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. We appreciate having you!
